Reagan to get name on school?
District plans to seek public input
PROPHETSTOWN – With a new site, Tampico Elementary School may also get a new name.
The Prophetstown-Lyndon-Tampico school district is considering renaming the elementary school, which plans to move to new quarters at Tampico Middle School in 2013.
One idea is to name the school after Ronald Reagan, who was born in Tampico in 1911.
