Samantha J. Spencer, 25, no town listed; 1:17 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of North Galena Avenue; Ogle County warrant – possession of drug equipment, Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – assault; taken to Lee County Jail and later taken to Ogle County Jail.
Wesley D. Ward, 35, of Dixon; 3:55 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of North Dement Avenue; driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage; taken to Lee County Jail.
