Home for Sunday brunch
I have received this interesting little book titled “Sunday Brunch,” and it has some interesting little recipes. Some may look a little fancy, but they are not really.
There is a difference between fancy and elegant, and there are some of each in this easy-to-read, fun cookbook. The first one is a down-home recipe that reminds me of the Southern style of cooking. We ate skillet dishes similar to this one when we were camping – easy to cook, easy to eat.
“Sunday Brunch” was written by Betty Rosbottom, whose other cookbooks include “Sunday Roasts,” “Sunday Soup,” “The Big Book of Backyard Cooking,” and “Coffee.”
