Shades of USSR; workers paid, then ‘robbed’
The other day, I had a dream that after cashing my paycheck, I was accosted by a tall, thin man who proceeded to rob me at gunpoint. This dream all took place in broad daylight on a public street. A few people were in the area and saw him rob me, so he took my cash and handed some of it out to the witnesses to buy their silence.
When I awoke, I remembered the dream, and after a while, I had a real nightmare of
realization that it was real and happens every week to every working American.
How long will American workers allow themselves to be robbed every time they are paid,
with a portion being used to buy the silence of the assenting witnesses, those on the dole?
