Weather improves for outdoor workers

Nick Ebens of Rock Falls shovels mulch into wheelbarrows Tuesday afternoon as Skoog Landscape and Design does some pruning and mulching work at Grandon Civic Center in Sterling. Temperatures topped out at 82 Tuesday, making outdoor work much easier than it was last week. A high of 86 is expected for today and Thursday.
