CHICAGO (AP) — Congressman Luis Gutierrez is the latest Illinois politician to call on Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. to provide more information about a medical condition that's had him on leave for a month.

Gutierrez said Tuesday that Jackson has a responsibility to give details.

Jackson's location and exact medical condition are unknown. At first, staff said the Chicago Democrat was being treated for exhaustion. But last week a spokesman said Jackson's condition was more serious and required inpatient treatment. They also disclosed that Jackson has suffered from emotional problems.
