Counties should be user-friendly on public records
County governments already have done much to accommodate the needs of taxpayers and voters. County officials should adopt the same philosophy toward citizens who seek government records by posting that information online.

Years ago, taxpayers had to pay real estate tax bills at the courthouse. For some time now, taxpayers have had the option of paying at a local bank.
