Baseball: Team will play for state title this weekend
The Rock Falls High School varsity baseball team had quite a spring.
It won the Big Northern West conference and a regional title before falling in the Class 2A Morrison Sectional championship game to Richmond-Burton.
It was the first time the team had advanced that far since taking second place in Class 3A in 2008.
