Group starts feral cat spay-neuter program
ROCK FALLS – If you live outside of Sterling and Rock Falls city limits, Sauk Valley Friends of Ferals needs you to consider becoming a feral cat colony manager.
The goal of the new program is to get all wild and stray cats in Whiteside County spayed or neutered to control the population.
But the group has run into a problem.
