ROCK FALLS – Funeral services to celebrate the life of Frances Jeanette McCune, 92, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls with the Rev. Dennis Buss officiating. Burial follows at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling. Visitation is Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Frances passed Friday, June 29, 2012, at home, surrounded by her family after an extended illness.

Frances Jeanette was born Dec. 12, 1919, in Fayetteville, Tenn., daughter of Ida Mae Broadway and Arville Mayo Pinkstaff. She married William H. Wyatt on July 5, 1944. He died Feb. 10, 1974. She later married H. Virgil McCune on Feb. 14, 1981. He died Aug. 21, 2000.
