Please enforce safety rules on walking bridge
The pedestrian bridge between Rock Falls and Sterling is a wonderful asset.
However, for the past two summers, the term “pedestrian” has a whole new meaning.
At each end of the bridge is posted a sign with rules for using the bridge. The No. 2 rule, in large, bold letters, states that bicycles must be walked across the bridge.
