n A train derailment that released ethanol into the Rock River in the Rockford area and led to a massive fish kill happened June 19, 2009. The date was incorrect in Friday’s paper.

n Rosemary Mena was the driver of the car that was rear-ended by another vehicle Thursday on the First Avenue bridge. Incorrect information was provided to Sauk Valley Media for publication in Saturday’s edition.
