Police still looking for man who grabbed jogger
DIXON – Police still are looking for a man who grabbed a woman running on the bike path near Washington Avenue on Wednesday.
The man is white with short black hair, about 28 years old, and weighs about 180 pounds. He was wearing black jeans, a light-colored T-shirt and black-rimmed glasses.
Dixon Police Detective Sgt. Matt Richards said the department has not yet received any tips.
