Transparency. That’s right, the city council of Dixon and its mayor are now [embracing] just that. I think they are trying to say that they’re doing the job they should have been doing all along.

Evidently they think that if they post things on a website so people can see it, it would make it all better. Well, think again. We have not forgotten nor will we ever.

The mayor is just trying to make himself and the city council look good and hope people will forgive and forget. Sorry to say, but not as long as there are people who read the paper and send in letters so people know what is really going on in their town and care to bring up the shortcomings of it all.
