Article:	A career 'geared toward education' nears end ROCK FALLS – Jerry Mitchell doesn’t know what he’s going to do with all the plaques that still line the walls of his modest legislative office. The Sterling Republican began renting the space not long after he took his seat in the Illinois House – even though the Rock Falls building was for sale. Despite the uncertain ownership, 100 E. Fifth St. is where his district office has remained for all of the 17 years he has held his seat.
