Parade, party taking shape for wounded Dixon Marine Adam Devine

DIXON – Plans for a July 14 parade and benefit for wounded Dixon Marine Adam Devine are gathering speed.
The parade will run from 11 a.m. to noon, starting at Dixon High School. It will head across Peoria Avenue bridge, turn left at Third Street, go down Hennepin Avenue and end at the Reagan statue at the Riverfront.
The benefit will begin immediately after at the Dixon VFW, 1560 Franklin Grove Road.
