Foundation offers presentation on Asian elephants

ROCK FALLS – In conjunction with the annual Carson & Barnes Circus, in town Thursday, The Endangered Ark Foundation will offer a free “touch and see” presentation on endangered Asian elephants, at 10:15 a.m. on circus grounds at Gieson Motorsports, 800 E. U.S. Route 30.

More presentations will be offered, depending on the public’s interest, officials say.

“We are encouraging everyone, especially children, to come take part in this special free presentation, Rock Falls Chamber President and CEO Bethany Bland said in a news release.
