Silence at Morrison meeting greets debt request
Administrator argued for refinancing
MORRISON – The City Council apparently has no interest in taking the city deeper into debt.
At its meeting this week, Mayor Roger Drey asked for a motion to refinance the city’s 2008 bonds that paid for the construction of the sports complex.
He got silence. The issue died.
