Sauk to host free women-only event

DIXON – Sauk Valley Community College’s Adult Education Department will present “You are Beautiful,” a free, women-only program, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Room 2K2 at the college, 173 state Route 2.

The program will feature Genesis Hey, a Dixon native and motivational speaker.

Women will learn how to set goals, be a self-starter, get rid of insecurities, find fulfillment in challenging times and become empowered and successful. All ages are welcome.

A light dinner will be provided.
