Conservation, development group recognizes volunteers
ROCK FALLS – The Blackhawk Hills Resource Conservation and Development annual meeting was May 24 at Freeport Country Club.
Lynn Feaver of Prospering Together was the speaker.
The Volunteer of the Year Award was presented to Ron Colson, Sam Newton and William Tonne for their work with the Northwest Illinois Broadband Opportunities Program.
