ROCK FALLS – Penny L. Tubbs, 58, of Rock Falls, died Sunday, April 22, 2012, at her home. She had worked at Mallard Manufacturing for about 6 years.

She was born Dec. 11, 1953, in Rockford, the daughter of Marvin and Yancia Jean (Songer) Tubbs.

Surviving are her daughter, Tina (Larry) Tidmore of Oklahoma City; two sons, Michael L. Clark of Rock Falls and Jay (Maggie) Clark of Dixon; her mother, Y. Jean Tubbs of Rock Falls; one sister, Peggy (Lance) Buser of Rock Falls; one brother, Phillip Tubbs of Sterling; and four grandchildren, Quintin and Arianne Tidmore and Andrew and Maxamillian Clark.
