Know Your Neighbor: Charlie Zigler

Charlie Zigler, 25, lives in Rock Falls. He is the son of Eric and Karen Zigler of Sterling. He has five brothers: David, 32, of North Carolina; Paul, 31, of Charleston, William, 29, of Sterling; Nathan, 27, and Mark, 23, both of Arizona; and Joey, 20, of North Carolina, and one sister, Anne, 16, of Sterling.

Pets: Travis, a boxer and Henry, a chocolate lab/German shorthaired pointer mix

What do you do for a living? I am the general manager of Zuppa’s Deli in Rock Falls.

What are your favorite movies? “Troy,” “Grandma’s Boy” and “Step Brothers”

What is your favorite type of music? Blues

What do you like to do in your spare time? Relax, work on electronics, spend time outdoors

If you could visit any place, where would it be? Greece. I am part Greek.

If you could meet any person, who would it be? Theodore Roosevelt. He would be really interesting to talk to.
