Flower power grows in Rock Island
Quad City Botanical Center’s spring blooms continue until end of April
ROCK ISLAND – Spring is busting out all over, especially at the Quad City Botanical Center.
Sure signs of the season appear in the guise of hydrangeas, azaleas, daffodils, hyacinths and tulips seen in their glory at the indoor Tropical Sun Garden conservatory.
There’s a new display about mushrooms, including the oyster and shiitake varieties.
