STERLING – Police Tuesday released surveillance photos of two men who they say stole two large TVs from Walmart late last month.

According to police, a white man in a dark jacket and T-shirt and light-colored pants walked into the store at 4115 E. Lincolnway about 11:11 p.m. Feb. 23 and took a 40-inch flat-screen and a 46-inch flat-screen, together worth about $1,800.

He loaded them into a large white four-door car. A passenger, a white man in a camouflage jacket with a white or gray T-shirt, may have helped him load the TVs.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 815-632-6640 or Crime Stoppers at 815-625-7867.
