17-year-old Dixon boy; Thursday; unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; released to a parent.

Sterling Police

Daniel T. Powers, 26, of Ashton; 2:25 p.m. Thursday at 312 16th Avenue; driving with a revoked license; given notice to appear in court.

Cesar T. Sanchez, 27, of Sterling; 5:09 p.m. Thursday at East Third Street and 17th Avenue; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

Olyvia C. Rhodes, 18, of Sterling; 8:08 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of First Avenue; defective brakes; posted driver’s license.

Colleen D. Cox, 50, of Sterling; 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of West Sixth Street; Whiteside County warrant – larceny, retail theft; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Andre L. Freeman, 44, of Sterling; 11:50 p.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of East Fourth Street; operating an uninsured vehicle, no license plate light; posted driver’s license.

Whiteside County Sheriff

Jasmine T. Anderson, 17, of Prophetstown; 10:27 p.m. Thursday at state Route 30 and Matthew Road, Sterling; driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane usage, possession of cannabis, 2.5 to 10 grams. Passengers in the vehicle, Darrious A. Young, 18, and Daniel N. Coers, 17, both of Sterling, were charged with possession of cannabis 2.5 to 10 grams; all given notice to appear in court.

Antoinnette M. Lopez, 24, of Rock Falls; 8:48 p.m. Thursday at First Avenue and 10th Street, Rock Falls; driving with a revoked license, failure to secure a child younger than 9 in child restraints; given notice to appear in court.

State Police

Arthur R. Moreno, 54, of Sterling; 5:42 p.m. Wednesday at Fifth and Locust streets, Sterling; driving with a revoked license; posted $150.

Maria L. Boyd, 35, of Savanna; 6:20 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 88 in Whiteside County; speeding, driving with a suspended license; posted $150.
