Sterling Police

Brooke L. Marks, 23, of Rock Falls; 12:57 a.m. Thursday at West Lynn Boulevard and Avenue E; driving while license suspended; given notice to appear. Arrested at the same time was Keith C. Davis, 24, of Sterling; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis 2.5 to 10 grams; given notice to appear.


Dixon Police

Alecia M. Cotes, 30, of Dixon; Thursday in the 200 block of North Galena Avenue; driving under the influence of alcohol; posted bond and released.

Chad M. Howell, 32, of Dixon; 2:52 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of South College Avenue; driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, operating an uninsured vehicle, operating a vehicle with an expired registration sticker; posted bond and released.


State Police

Marc-Thespis Gonzalez, 39, of Prophetstown; 2:19 p.m. Thursday at U.S. Route 30 and Galt Road in Whiteside County; driving under the influence, improper lane usage, driving while license revoked, and illegal transportation of alcohol; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Gloria Duran-Gomez, 20, of Rockford; 1:31 a.m. Thursday on Interstate 39 in Ogle County; no valid driver’s license; issued I-bond.

Tammy S. Cox, 45, of Ashton; 11;10 a.m. Wednesday at Reynolds and Melugins Grove roads in Lee County; not wearing seatbelt, child restraint violation, no valid registration and driving while suspended; issued I-bond.

Roy G. Rakestraw, 40, of Sheboygan, Wis.; 1:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Avenue and West 14th Street in Rock Falls; wanted on LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear; held at Whiteside County Jail.


Lee County Sheriff

Kyle Louis Wantroba, 21, of Chicago; 10:12 a.m. Friday; contempt; posted bond and given court date.
