William H. Hormann, 82, of Sterling; 2:39 p.m. Wednesday at CVS Pharmacy, 2301 Locust St.; speeding; given citation.

Jeremiah S. Cottrell, 33, of Sterling; 8:24 p.m. Wednesday at East Third Street and Fourth Avenue; driving while license suspended, one headlight; given notice to appear.
