DIXON – Sauk Valley Community College’s second 8-week courses will begin March 12.

SVCC offers a variety of 8-week courses every semester. They may require more time commitment in a day, but provide the same learning experience. They allow people with jobs or other commitments to finish faster.

Classes vary from speech and sociology to many requirements for certificates and degrees, such as office and administrative services or nursing.

To find out what classes are available, visit svcc.edu and view schedules. The college is at 173 state Route 2.

For more information, call the SVCC counseling office at 815-835-6354.
