Registration due for farm course

DIXON – Registration is due Friday for a course on using QuickBooks in farm business management, which will be taught from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Feb. 14 and 15 at Sauk Valley Community College, 173 state Route 2.

Joe Rudolphi of TR Consulting Inc. will teach the class. Participants will use QuickBooks Pro 2011 to set up accounts, record and track expenses and write checks.

Computers will be available for use, or participants can bring their own laptops. The cost is $30 per person or $40 per couple.
