Sterling Police

Samantha R. Bennett, 23, of Sterling; 12:14 p.m. Friday, East Fourth Street and Fourth Avenue; Lee County warrant for contempt of court on an insured vehicle charge; posted $400.

Tracey J. Hoagland, 39, of Sterling; 8:19 p.m. Friday, Merrill Street and Freeport Road; Lee County warrant and driving while license suspended; posted $500 for warrant and given notice to appear.

Aaron J. Dissinger, 23, of Sterling; 2:18 a.m. Saturday, 400 block of East Second Street; domestic battery; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Adrian S. Hartness, 23, of Oregon; 1:54 p.m. Saturday, East Sixth Street and First Avenue; no valid registration; posted driver’s license.

Craig A. Neal, 44, of 1215 Birch Court, Rockford; Saturday, 300 block of West Everett Street; driving while license revoked; posted I-bond.

State Police

Larry E. Gooden, 30, of Rockford; 12:54 a.m. Saturday, southbound on Interstate 39 in Ogle County; Ogle County warrant for trespassing, possession of more than 2.5 grams of marijuana, driving while license suspended, no insurance, obstructing justice by fleeing the scene, driving in the wrong lane; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Michael E. Dixon, 33, of Rockford; 12:26 p.m. Saturday, state Route 64, a quarter mile east of Interstate 39; driving while license suspended; posted I-bond.

Michael J. Kiro, 50, of Rock Falls; 11:42 p.m. Saturday, 12th Avenue and West Second Street in Rock Falls; disobeying traffic control device, driving while license revoked; posted I-bond.
