Sterling Police

Aaron E. Shaward, 40, of Polo; 8:57 a.m. Wednesday at Sterling Police Department; Whiteside County warrant for obstructing a court order – small claims; posted $500 bond.

Daryl E. Pernell, 22, of Sterling; 2:09 p.m. Wednesday at West Fourth Street and Avenue K; speeding; posted driver’s license as bond.

Dixon Police

Eleanor M. Graff, 58, of Dixon; Wednesday in the 500 block of North Galena Avenue; driving under the influence, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol; posted bond and was released.

Adrian S. Hartness, 23, of Oregon; 12:39 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Galena Avenue; two Dixon Police Department warrants for failure to appear; taken to Lee County Jail.

Bonnie J. Whitlow, 69, of Dixon; 10:30 a.m. Thursday on state Route 2 west of Palmyra Road; Lee County warrant for order of commitment; taken to Lee County Jail.

Amboy Police

Samantha Kay McGuire, 18, of Amboy; 3:33 p.m. Thursday at Jefferson Avenue and Bacon Street; disobeying a stop sign; given citation, posted bond.
