PRINCETON – The U.S. Department of Agriculture, acting through Rural Development, has rural housing loans available for low income families in rural Whiteside County.

The loans would allow eligible families and individuals to buy, build or rehabilitate modest homes in rural areas with 100 percent financing.

Rural areas include open country and places with population of 10,000 or less.

To qualify, a Whiteside County, the adjusted income of a household of two may not exceed $36,700. The adjusted income limit for a household of four is $45,900.
