Automatic revocation of her license is next
MORRISON – The state Board of Education is awaiting court paperwork before suspending the license of a former Fulton High School English teacher convicted this week of having sex with a 16-year-old boy.
Nicole R. Letcher, 26, of Fulton, pleaded guilty Tuesday to three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and was sentenced to 6 months in jail – half of which she’s already served – and 4 years of probation. She also must register as a sex offender.
