Illinois’ biggest corn maze now open

STERLING – It’s the 10th anniversary of the Mystery Maze at Blue Goose Run, 14609 Blue Goose Road.

The 30-acre Mystery Maze is the largest corn maze in Illinois. It is open now through Oct. 31. Hours are 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Friday, noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $7 for those 12 and older, $5 for children 6-11, and kids 6 and younger get in free. Children younger than 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Corn Maze Paintball is available for those 12 and older. There is open play on Sundays. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and the game starts at 3:45 p.m. Rental equipment is available. Parental supervision is required for participants ages 12 to 18.
