Joseph R. Vanpatter, 48, of Sterling; 8 a.m. Wednesday; driving with a suspended driver’s license, Whiteside County warrant – obstructing justice; given notice to appear in court.

Underage drinking

■ 2 a.m. Saturday at a Tampico home; three juvenile boys and three juvenile girls; unlawful consumption of alcohol; released to parents.

■ 4 a.m. Sunday at Freeport and Quinn roads, Whiteside County; a juvenile girl of Ashton and a juvenile boy of Dixon; unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; released to parents.

State Police

Olga B. Bon, 78, of Sterling; 4:06 p.m. Tuesday at Palmyra Road and Carriage Hill Drive, Sterling; failure to yield at a T intersection after colliding with a vehicle driven by Terry L. Doty, 61, of Dixon. Bon and Doty were transported to CGH Medical Center.

Jovita Regalado, 38, of Rochelle; 4:21 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 251 and Carrie Avenue, Rochelle; no valid driver’s license, child restraint violation; given notice to appear in court. Also arrested was Silvia Magana, 33, of Rochelle; allowing an unauthorized person to drive.

Byron L. Carr, 42, of Rock Falls; 7:55 p.m. Tuesday at West Third Street ad Avenue H, Sterling; Whiteside County warrant – obstructing court order, driving with a suspended license; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Mark A. Seidel, 40, of Davenport, Iowa; 1:23 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 2 and Madison, Ogle County; illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia; given notice to appear in court.

Roscoe T. Lee, 29, of Davenport, Iowa; 2:13 p.m. Wednesday on Interstate 88, Whiteside County; Rock Island County warrant – failure to appear, driving with a suspended license, speeding; given notice to appear in court.
