Amy Widolff, 24, of West Brooklyn; 7:42 p.m. Thursday at Mason Avenue and Hawley Street; speeding; given notice to appear in court.

Randall J. Valdivia, 44, of Elgin; 2:04 a.m. Sunday at U.S. Route 52 and Nauman Road; driving with a revoked license, two outstanding warrants; taken to Lee County Jail.

Rock Falls Police

Kelly H. Miller, 28, of Dixon; 11 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 400 block of West Second Street; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration; given notice to appear in court.

Marcos Montanez, 34, of Rock Falls; 2:42 a.m. Saturday at 501 W. 20th St.; aggravated domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, interference with reporting of domestic violence; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Lauren Metzler, 21, of Rock Falls; 10:52 p.m. Saturday; in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

James L. Mitchell, 21, of Clinton, Iowa, and Richard L. Mohr, 34, of Morrison; 10:52 p.m. Jan. 27 under the U.S. Route 30 overpass; trespassing on railroad property; aid provided by Fulton Police.
