ROCK FALLS – Mahkyli Aziaha Clayton Farmer, 7 ½ months, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, at Rockford Memorial Hospital.
Mahkyli was born June 16, 2009, in Rockford, the daughter of Malaurie Farmer.
Survivors include her mother, Malaurie Farmer of Rock Falls; one brother, Mahkai Alijha Farmer of Rock Falls; grandmother, Meri Farmer of Rock Falls; maternal great-grandparents, Michael Farmer of Rock Falls, Colleen Farmer of Rock Falls, and Don and Sharon Wood of Florida; one great-aunt; and two great-uncles.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A gathering will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at McDonald Funeral Home, Rock Falls.
A memorial has been established.
