Howard A. McClinton; 31, of Chicago; 12:42 a.m. Saturday; driving with one headlight, operating an uninsured vehicle; given notice to appear in court.

Adrianna I. Herrera, 19, of Sterling; 12:42 a.m. Saturday; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – no valid driver’s license.

Veronica S. Tabares, 23, of Sterling; 12:42 a.m. Saturday; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – operating an uninsured vehicle; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

James S. Gabler, 5:40 a.m. Saturday; unlawful possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis; taken to Whiteside County Jail; aid provided by Whiteside County Emergency Response Team, Rock Falls Police Department, and Whiteside County state’s attorney’s office.

Sonya L. Henson, 34, of Sterling; 2:05 a.m. Sunday; driving under the influence of alcohol – two counts, disobeying a stop sign, operating an uninsured motor vehicle; given notice to appear in court.

Lucas M. Stage, 34, of Sterling; 2:05 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Seventh Avenue; illegal transportation of alcohol; given notice to appear in court.

Dixon Police

Aaron A. Alexander, 17, and Christopher A. King, 18, both of Rockford; Sunday morning in the 1100 block of East River Road; unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis – 10 to 30 grams, unlawful possession of cannabis; both taken to Lee County Jail; King also was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Dwan J. Horton, 20, of Rockford; Sunday morning in the 1100 block of East River Road; zero tolerance, speeding.

Alicia A. Reyna, 23, of Dixon; 10:02 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of West Seventh Street; two counts – endangering the life or health of a child.

Javana V. Danielowski, 19, of Sterling; 10:20 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of North Galena Avenue; no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle, Rockford Police warrant – failure to appear; taken to Lee County Jail.
