Dixon Police

Nina M. Morton, 34, of Rochelle; 9:15 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue; Lee County warrant – failure to appear.

Gerald D. Underhile, 35, of Dixon; 1:12 a.m. today in the 100 block of East Fifth Street; domestic battery; taken to Lee County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Freddy D. York, 53, of 3737 West state Route 64, Lot 90, Mount Morris; 9:30 a.m. Thursday; felony possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, after locating drug paraphernalia and more than 30 grams of cannabis within his residence; taken to Ogle County Jail. Aid provided by Rochelle Police.

Sterling Police

Corina L. Shepard, 21, of Morrison; 11:22 a.m. Thursday; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

Lauren M. Oliver, 19, of Sterling; 11:55 p.m. Thursday in the 10th block of East Third Street; unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor; given notice to appear in court.

Brian A. Funches, 24, of Chicago; this morning; delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Illinois State Police

Robert J. Dunivan, 42, of Aurora, 7:55 p.m. Tuesday at U.S. Route 30 and state Route 251, Lee County; McHenry County warrant – held at Lee County Jail pending extradition.

Todd A. Sutton, 18, of Chicago; 12:46 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 88, Whiteside County; failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving under the influence – drugs, possession of cannabis – less than 2.5 grams, unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, unlawful transportation of alcohol by a minor; given notice to appear in court.

Robert A. Elder, 44, of Winnebago; 10:29 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 26 and Interstate 88; expired driver’s license, overweight; given notice to appear in court.
