16-year-old boy of Dixon; 7:29 p.m. Monday at DND Travel Plaza; possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams, possession of tobacco products as a minor, runaway; released to his mother.

Jason A. Bell, 34, of Dixon; 9:58 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of east Morgan Street, failure of duty to report change of address, Walworth County, Wis., warrant – escape; taken to Lee County Jail.

Azzies J. Johnson, 37, of Milwaukee; 9:48 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of Murphy Street; no driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle.

Rock Falls Police

James N. Velazquez, 38, of Rock Falls; 12:15 a.m. Friday at Dixon and First avenues; driving under the influence, driving with a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Sherry Holland, 38, of Princeton; 7:34 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Dixon Avenue; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

Robert Jones Jr., 46, of Rock Falls; 1:40 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Third Avenue; driving under the influence, no valid driver's license, domestic battery; given notice to appear in court.

Ramon F. Munoz, 27, of Rockford; 11:27 p.m. Dec. 20 at south Main Street and west Avenue H, Rochelle; driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver's licnese, no valid insurance, improper lane usage, disobeying a stop sting; given notice to appear in court.

Eric G. Miller, 35, of Milledgeville; 10:15 a.m. Dec. 21; failure to yield at a stop intersection; given noice to appear in court.

Nyna M. Oliver, 21, of Rochelle; 2:33 p.m. Dec. 21 on Interstate 39, Ogle County; driving with a suspended license, speeding; given notice to appear in court.
