Matthew J. Young, 23, of Morrison; Nov. 10; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – discover assets hearing; taken to Whiteside County Jail. He was also charged with expired registration.

Shanna J. Waters, 35, of Morrison; Nov. 11; obstructing service of process; given notice to appear in court; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – driving under the influence; posted bond.

Stevie R. Carney, 24, of Morrison; Saturday; disobeying traffic-control device, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving under the influence.

Sterling Police

Zachary A. Lehman, 32, of Rock Falls; 1:04 a.m. Wednesday at Sterling Wal-Mart; burglary, resisting a peace officer, two counts – aggravated battery to an officer; taken to Whiteside County Jail. Also arrested was Dawn M. Lehman, 31, of Rock Falls; burglary; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
