Christina L. Bresley, 36, of Sterling; 11 a.m. Monday in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue; retail theft under $150.

Mark L. Webb, 25, of Rockford; 9:02 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of North Galena Avenue; driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle.

Lucas R. Heniff, 17, of Dixon; 12:41 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block East River Road; zero tolerance, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane usage, and unlawful possession of tobacco products by a minor.

Arthur T. Piper, 21, of Dixon; 6:22 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block South Hennepin Avenue; no valid driver’s license, improper operation of an off-highway motorcycle, failure to yield.

Jonathan Perry, 25, of Chicago; 10:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Cummins Street; domestic battery; taken to Lee County Jail.

Tonia L. Giese, 30, of Polo; 1:09 a.m. today in the 1200 block of North Galena Avenue; driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage.

Suzanne L. Ready-Wolfe, 52, of Rock Falls; 3:10 p.m. no valid driver’s license; given notice to appear in court.

Krista A. Buckley, 23, of Sterling; 6:25p.m. Tuesday at First Avenue and Eighth Street, Rock Falls; driving with a suspended license, no seat belt, no insurance, Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Joel D. Aspinwall, 34, of Rochelle; 7:47 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 251 and Lake View Drive, Rochelle; no valid driver’s license; given notice to appear in court.
