Fabian I. Miniel, 20, of Rock Island; 3:44 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of East Fourth Street; Rock Island County warrant – robbery; taken to Whiteside County Jail and scheduled for transfer to Rock Island County sheriff’s custody.

Mercedez N. Simmons, 19, Clinton, Iowa; 3:44 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of East Fourth Street; driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle; processed and released at the Sterling Police Department.
