The Amboy-LaMoille Clippers' season came to an end Saturday.

Amboy was eliminated from the prep football playoffs as the visiting Annawan-Wethersfield Titans earned a 33-21 victory in the second-round matchup.

Annawan quarterback Sean Walker ran for three short touchdowns, while his teammate Nathan Long lived up to his last name with a pair of long TD runs – 85 and 38 yards.

Clipper quarterback Steven Apple threw for all three of his team's touchdowns. He had a pair of TD connections with C.J. Shields (15 yards and 12 yards) and a 5-yard scoring toss to Cody Richardson.
