On-the-job lesson: I’ve learned listening skills and how to help people find exactly what they’re looking for.

Alma mater: 1995 Franklin Grove High School graduate.

Philosophy: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Oughta be a law: There ought to be a law against super-skinny models.

Hearts: I love sticky toddler kisses and kickboxing.

Darts: Slow drivers and people who volunteer but then don’t show up.

Haunts: La Familia Restaurant in Sterling, because they have the best Mexican food, and the YMCA because I love to exercise.

Hero: My grandma and my great-grandma. They were amazing examples to live up to.

First job: Waitressing at Pizza Junction in Amboy when I was 14.

First car: An ’86 Dodge Colt. It was identical to the Wayne’s World car.

People say I look like: Everybody. I’m generic; I remind everybody of somebody.

Phobias: Mirrors in the dark.

Guilty pleasure: Cherry Pepsi made with grenadine and Fritos.

I’d like to meet: Mary Magdalene.

In the dictionary next to: Unique. If you met me, you’d know why.

Trading places: Cleopatra. She was beautiful, she was smart, and she ruled it all.

Trading spaces: Mexico. I love Mexico.

Best thing about Dixon: It’s a great place to raise a family.
