Lee County Sheriff

Kymin T. Hussung, 20, of Sterling; 7:11 p.m. Tuesday; driving on a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

John F. Minor, 39, of Dixon; 5:35 p.m. Tuesday; disorderly conduct; given notice to appear in court.

Lisa A. Smith, 34, of Earl-ville; 9:14 a.m. Tuesday; phone harassment of a creditor, a DeKalb County case; given notice to appear in court in Sycamore.

Jennifer J. Thompson, 37, of Dixon; 5:46 p.m Tuesday; disorderly conduct; given notice to appear in court.

Whiteside County Sheriff

Bruce E. French, 35, of Lyndon; 6:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at Whiteside County Jail, Morrison; Illinois State Police warrant – two counts – possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle title, two counts – unlawful possession of a vehicle with a removed identification numbers – unlawful concealing of a material fact on application for certificate of title; French remained in custody at Whiteside County Jail until Oct. 19, when he posted bond and was released. French was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 26.

Illinois State Police

Jimmy L. Weaver, 30, of Rochelle; 11:58 p.m. Tuesday at South Main Street and Avenue G, Rochelle; driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic-control device, operating an uninsured motor vehicle; given notice to appear in court.

Jose G. Rincon, 21, of Rochelle; 4:47 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 26 and Penn Corner Road, Ogle County; speeding, no valid driver’s license (expired); given notice to appear in court.

Joseph A. Cogdell, 39, of Sterling; 1:35 p.m. Wednesday at Avenue C and Dixon Avenue, Rock Falls; driving with a suspended South Carolina license; no insurance; given notice to appear in court.

Alfred J. Cocks, 83, of Harvard; 10:38 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 88, milepost 53, Lee County; failure to yield to merging traffic; given notice to appear in court.
