JACKSONVILLE – Janice Kepler Todd, 47, of Jacksonville, died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, at Passavant Area Hospital, Jacksonville.

She was born Dec. 26, 1961, in Rockford, the daughter of Charles E. and Eleanor L. (Edwards) Kepler Jr.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include her mother, Eleanor L. (Dale Klink) Kepler of Morrison; two brothers, Jeffery Kepler of Altoona, Iowa, and Robert (Missy) Kepler of Morrison; five nephews; a niece; and special friend, Jerry Risen.

She was preceded in death by her father.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Williamson-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, Jacksonville. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Greenfield.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established to Community Counseling Services, in care of Williamson-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, 1405 Lincoln Ave., Jacksonville, IL 62650.
