Jerrika Hollaway, 18, of Rock Falls, works at Bath and Body Works in Northland Mall, Sterling. She also is studying pre-pharmacy at Sauk Valley Community College.
Jerrika is the daughter of Joe and Kelli Larkin of Rock Falls. She has two brothers, Austin Larkin, 14, and Jim Hollaway, 20, both of Rock Falls.
On-the-job lesson: Getting along with people.
