Trick-or-treat party planned

ROCHELLE – A “World’s Safest Trick-or-Treat” for families with children 10 years and younger and those with special needs, will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Comfort Inn and Suites of Rochelle, 1133 N. Seventh St.
WRHL radio station staff and volunteers from Hub City Senior Center and area businesses will pass out candy. A first-floor room also will be decorated.
