Kasey Druien, 19, works at the Dixon Dairy Queen, and is taking general education classes at Sauk Valley Community College. She is the daughter of James and Niky Druien of Dixon, and has three brothers and three sisters.

On-the-job lesson: Be a hard worker.

Alma mater: I graduated in 2008 from Dixon High School.

Oughta be a law: I'd lower the legal drinking age to 18.

Hearts: Four-wheeling, crocheting, spending time with my family, and "Scrubs."

Hero: My dad. He's been there for me.

First job: I detasseled when I was 14. I didn't like it.

First car: A 1992 Buick LeSabre when I was 16.
